Terms & Conditions
Last updated: March 9, 2026
1. Welcome to the Table
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of The Dinner Party Project website and participation in our events, services, and membership programs. By purchasing a ticket, reserving a seat, or joining as a member, you agree to these Terms.
“We,” “us,” and “our” refer to The Dinner Party Project. “You” refers to the person using our website or attending our events.
2. Event Reservations & Tickets
All event reservations are subject to availability. A confirmed reservation means your seat has been secured and payment has been processed.
Tickets are non-transferable unless you contact us at least 48 hours before the event to arrange a name change. We reserve the right to verify the identity of attendees at the door.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who does not comply with these Terms or whose behavior may disrupt the experience for other guests.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
More than 7 days before the event: Full refund, no questions asked.
3–7 days before the event: 50% refund or full credit toward a future dinner.
Less than 3 days before the event: No refund, but you may transfer your seat to someone else by contacting us.
If we cancel an event for any reason, you will receive a full refund or credit toward a future event of your choice.
4. Membership
Membership subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan). You may cancel your membership at any time, and it will remain active through the end of your current billing period.
Membership benefits apply only to the individual member and cannot be shared or transferred. We may update membership tiers and pricing with 30 days' notice.
5. Code of Conduct
Our dinners thrive on respect, openness, and good vibes. By attending, you agree to:
- Treat all guests, staff, and chefs with kindness and respect
- Arrive on time (or let us know if you're running late)
- Inform us of dietary restrictions or allergies in advance
- Drink responsibly
- Keep phones away during the meal — be present
We reserve the right to remove any guest whose behavior negatively impacts the experience of others, without refund.
6. Dietary & Allergy Disclaimer
While we accommodate dietary needs to the best of our ability, our dinners are prepared in shared kitchens that handle common allergens including nuts, gluten, dairy, shellfish, and soy.
We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Please communicate any severe allergies directly with us before the event. You attend at your own risk with respect to food allergies.
7. Photography & Media
We may photograph or film our events for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded and grant us the right to use such media on our website, social channels, and marketing materials.
If you prefer not to be photographed, please let us know before the event and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and branding — is the property of The Dinner Party Project and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Dinner Party Project and its organizers, chefs, and partners are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that occurs during or in connection with our events, except where caused by our gross negligence. Your participation in our events is at your own risk.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific event or membership in question.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or attendance at our events after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
