We can’t wait to show our appreciation for the way these moms show up every day through a beautiful four-course meal, drinks, gift bags, and connection with other single mommas around the table.

*Please note that unfortunately, we’re not able to provide childcare. If you’re nominating a single mom, we invite you to be part of freeing her up for the evening so she can attend with ease.
how it works …
Fill out the form below including your information and who you’re nominating (if you’re a single mom, you can totally nominate yourself!). Nominations will be accepted through November 22nd, 2023 at 11:59p. We’ll select, at random, 11 single moms to join us for a complimentary dinner on Tuesday, December 5th, 2023. If your nomination is selected, the mom you’ve nominated will receive an email with a reservation link to secure their spot at the dinner. That’s it!
Ticket terms … Dinner and drinks are included. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide childcare. Reservation is for one guest, no plus-ones.
